  • Damaged or defective items upon delivery

Not Eligible for Returns

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to mishandling
  • Custom or specially ordered items

Return Window

  • 7 days for standard returns
  • 24 hours for reporting damaged items
  • Immediate report for wrong deliveries
  • Extended window for bulk orders (case-by-case)

Return window starts from the date of delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service with order details
  2. Fill out return request form
  3. Receive return authorization
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Attach provided return shipping label
  6. Drop off at designated pickup point

Refund Processing

Expected timeline for refunds:

  • Bank Transfer/UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate

Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • With all accessories and documentation
  • With original tags and labels

Return Shipping

  • Free returns for damaged/wrong items
  • Customer bears shipping cost for standard returns
  • Prepaid return labels provided
  • Tracked shipping required

Refund Amount

  • Full product cost refunded
  • Original shipping charges non-refundable
  • Return shipping deducted if applicable
  • Additional compensation for damaged items

Cancellation Policy

  • 95% refund after confirmation but before shipping
